- Customers don’t need to worry about identity theft
- Foreign travelers don’t need to have the local currency to make a purchase
- Exposure and Marketing: Attract tech-savvy customers
- Although sometimes volatile, cryptocurrencies are more stable than some government issued currencies
OK, I see the benefits of accepting cryptocurrency in my business, but why not use an existing app on tablet or smartphone?
- The BTC Terminal doesn’t require a dedicated, expensive, tablet or smartphone to facilitate the check out process
- Receipts!
- Using an app on a dedicated tablet or smartphone doesn’t make practical sense in all merchant and checkout environments
- Tablets and smartphones are attractive targets for thieves
